People and agents, one workspace

One place to direct, watch and approve your agents

A shared workspace where your team assigns tasks to agents, follows progress live and reviews results before they count. Grounded in the command centre our own engineers work in every day.

Sound familiar?

AI tools are scattered across tabs and accounts, and no one sees the whole picture.

01

When an agent makes a mistake, you can’t tell who asked for what, or when.

02

Managers want to use agents, but need control over what they can do and who approves their work.

03

What we build

Capabilities

01

Task assignment

Brief agents in plain language or from templates, attach files and set deadlines, just as you would brief a colleague.

02

Live progress

Follow each task step by step: what the agent is reading, which tools it calls and where it is waiting.

03

Review queue

Results that need a human land in one queue. Approve, edit or send back with a comment.

04

Roles and audit trail

Role-based access decides who can assign, approve or configure. Every action, by a person or an agent, is recorded in a full audit trail.

05

Scheduled jobs, bilingual interface

Run recurring agent jobs on a schedule, such as daily reports or weekly checks. The interface works in Arabic and English, fully right-to-left.

Illustrative scenario

Tenant requests, triaged by agents and approved by staff

A fictional property management company in Doha receives maintenance requests by email, phone notes and WhatsApp, in Arabic and English.

  1. 01

An intake agent turns each message into a structured request with building, unit and urgency.

  2. 02

A triage agent suggests the right contractor and drafts a reply to the tenant.

  3. 03

Urgent and high-cost jobs land in the facilities manager’s review queue.

  4. 04

The manager approves or edits, and the agent dispatches the job and replies to the tenant.

  5. 05

A scheduled agent sends a weekly summary of open jobs, and every step stays in the audit trail.

You receive

  • A command centre configured for your teams and workflows
  • A role and permission model agreed with you
  • Review queue and approval rules for each workflow
  • Full audit trail, exportable for compliance reviews
  • Arabic and English right-to-left interface, plus training for your team

What we measure together

  • Time from request to assignment
  • Share of agent results approved without edits
  • Items waiting in the review queue, and for how long
  • Cost per completed task

Measures and baselines are agreed with you before work starts. We do not promise numbers in advance.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Define roles and rules

Who assigns, who approves, and which agents and tools each team may use.

  2. 02

    Connect agents and systems

We connect your agent teams and the systems they work with.

  3. 03

    Pilot with one team

One team uses the command centre on real work, and we refine it with their feedback.

  4. 04

    Roll out

We extend it to more teams and workflows, with training and clear ownership.

Questions

Straight answers.

Is this an off-the-shelf product?

No. We start from a command-centre design our engineers use every day, then configure and extend it for your roles, workflows and systems.

Where is the command centre hosted?

In the environment you choose, including in-country options or your own infrastructure when your data policy requires it.

Can we see exactly what an agent did?

Yes. Every task keeps its full history: the instruction, the steps, the tools called, the result and who approved it.

Does the interface really work in Arabic?

Yes. It is designed right-to-left from the start, not mirrored as an afterthought, and each user can switch between Arabic and English.
